How to Pose Questions
We encourage you to read the bylaws and pose any questions regarding details and/or process by sending an email to info@dekalbaldemocrats.org. Please include your name and formulate your question in a clear and concise manner. All questions and answers will be sent out to the membership in a timely manner.

Instructions for Voting – We encourage you to vote as follows:
If you like these bylaws, vote YES.
If you like the bylaws but want small changes, vote YES. You can submit amendments throughout the year.
If you don’t like the bylaws, vote NO.
Voting can be done in person at the office or

Via email from January 20, 2026 – February 6, 2026 (17 day period for voting). Email to info@dekalbaldemocrats.org.
Or bring your vote to the office in a sealed envelope during office hours (10-1 Tuesday – Saturday) and leave it with the volunteer staff. The office is monitored with security cameras, so your vote will be secure.
Either way, be sure to include your name and residential address for validation.
